SilverChalisa sells a single product line — Premium Silver Hanuman Chalisa — and related pack offers (Single, Buy Two, Family Gift Pack).

2. Orders

An order is placed when you submit checkout details and confirm. Order acceptance is subject to stock availability and successful payment verification. You will receive an Order ID after placing an order.

3. Pricing

Prices, MRP, and offers shown on the site may change without prior notice. The amount shown at checkout (including any pack pricing) is the amount payable for that order.

4. Payment

Payments are collected via UPI QR as configured by SilverChalisa. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. Incomplete or failed payments may delay dispatch.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days depending on location. Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our direct control.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false order information. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete.
